Samantha

Samantha is a restorative and yin yoga instructor known for her grounded presence and thoughtful prop support. She encourages students to soften into spacious, relaxed postures that release tension and invite ease.

Together, Beverly and Samantha blend stillness, sound, and supportive shapes to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and return to yourself.
